College Quality Enhancement Cell (CQEC) was established in year 2005 under the supervision of Professor Dr Nawar Khan  in accordance with instructions from NUST and  Higher Education Commission (HEC). CQEC to collect and analyze data for carrying out self assessment of quality activities in teaching, research and development, infrastructure and  management support of College of EME.
