Doctor of Science Degree in Engineering Management from the George Washington University, Washington DC., USA with distinction; Over 24 years of experience in education, training, research, program and project management, financial management, development banking, and ICT; Published over 25 international conference/journal papers with colleagues and written over 50 professional reports and research studies; Led technology teams of fortune 500 clients including Unisys Corporation, Automatic Data Processing Inc; Project Coordinator, Pakistan-Sweden University of Engineering, Science and Technology, Sialkot; Vice Chancellor, Balochistan University of Information Technology & Management Sciences, Quetta.
