4^th IEEE ICET (IEEE International Conference on Emerging Technologies) will be held at College of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, which is a Campus of National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) Rawalpindi 46000, Pakistan, on 18-19 October 2008. It is organized by the College Of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (CEME) with co-sponsorship of IEEE Islamabad section. The publications in the conference will be searchable through IEEE Xplore ®.

IEEE ICET 2008 conference is the 4^th of its series, planned to be held every year. ICET is an advanced technical conference, covering various disciplines under IEEE’s domain thereby inviting interest of a large audience. The conference targets the research presentations by both academic and professional researchers from all over the world. It also includes a series of tutorials enabling participants to learn about the latest trends in technology. Contributions are expected from the participants, covering different interests and viewpoints, including technical papers, panel discussions and tutorials.
